【When frying in a frying pan】※ When using a hot plate, turn on the power at about 160°C beforehand.
(1)Put the egg and milk in a bowl and mix it well. ※Do not add the hotcake mix yet.
(2)Next, add the hotcake mix and mix thoroughly. ※Do not mix too much, it will not be a problem if a little lumps remain.
(3)Heat a frying pan over medium heat, remove from the heat and let it cool on a wet cloth.
※Iron skillet ・・・ First, lightly oil.
Fluororesin skillet ・・・ Do not oil.
(4)Turn the heat down to low and pour 1/3 of the dough (1 sheet) from about 30 cm higher from the frying pan.
(5)Cook over low heat for about 3 minutes and turn over immediately when small bubbles form. ※ Don't hesitate to turn over all at once.
(6)Cook over low heat for about 2 minutes, and when cooked through, it's done.
